Introduction
By reading this document, you acknowledge that you are using an eSIM provided by ESimAllo, giving you access to mobile data and optional voice services in multiple countries (the “Services”).
The eSIM and Services are delivered through our international network partners, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Services may be used on various devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, or any other eSIM-compatible device.

Definitions
The “Service” refers to any eSIM or prepaid plan purchased directly from ESimAllo.
Service availability may vary based on region, plan, and device compatibility.
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between ESimAllo and the Customer.
Your purchase or use of the Service confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
ESimAllo may update these Terms at any time.
License
ESimAllo grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the eSIM on your device for the duration of the purchased plan.
Agreement
This agreement becomes effective once you begin using the Service.
The Service is sold on a prepaid basis only.
Our Obligations
ESimAllo agrees to:

provide the Service as described in the selected plan,

maintain reasonable service quality,

minimize interruptions caused by maintenance,

protect your account against fraud.
If you notice any irregular activity, please contact Support immediately.
Your Obligations
You must:

use the eSIM only on the intended device,
-
provide accurate information (residency, identification when required),
-
avoid illegal, abusive, or fraudulent use,
-
protect your device and account from unauthorized access.
Usage Restrictions
You must NOT:

misuse the Service to overload or disrupt networks,
-
engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity,
-
transfer the eSIM to another device without permission,
-
bypass plan limitations or network protections.
ESimAllo may suspend the Service if misuse or breach is detected.
Eligibility
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
Fees
You must have a valid prepaid plan to access the Service.
When a plan expires, data access will be automatically suspended.
Unused credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Taxes
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees based on your country or region.
Service Suspension
ESimAllo may suspend or terminate the Service in the following cases:

fraudulent or unauthorized use,

non-payment,
-
lost or stolen eSIM/device,
-
technical or regulatory requirements,
-
prolonged inactivity,
-
violation of these Terms.
You may reactivate your eSIM within 3 months if conditions are met.
Internet Access
ESimAllo is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party websites accessed via the Service.
You are responsible for protecting your device with appropriate antivirus software.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify ESimAllo for any improper or unlawful use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
ESimAllo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for Services within the previous 12 months.
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of continuous availability.
Network availability depends on third-party operators outside our control.
Assignment
ESimAllo may assign its rights or obligations to another entity without notice.
You may not transfer this agreement without written approval.
Force Majeure
ESimAllo is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events outside our control (natural disasters, war, network outages, government restrictions, etc.).
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, where ESimAllo is legally registered.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of New Mexico.
